  1. How many time is CellCube rechargeable?
The capacity of lithium ion battery embedded in New AnyCharge4 is slightly reduced after over 500 cycles of Charging/Discharging. If charging/discharging repeats every day one cycle, You can use it over 2 years.
  1. Using an AC adaptor, I tried to charge New AnyCharge4. But the remaining battery indication doesn't seem to go up to 99.
Some AC adaptor with low output may not be capable to fully charge New AnyCharge4. In this case, it is recommended to use our AC adaptor (optional purchase) only for New AnyCharge4.
  1. Can New AnyCharge4 charge all mobile devices with below 5V ?
Even if the device is below 5V, it must have lithium battery embedded. Also, appropriate gender is needed to connect the device. Some devices, requiring high output such as PMP, navigation may not be charged or may be charged only with switch off. Please contact customer center before purchase.
  1. My mobile device is 700mAh. Can New AnyCharge4 which has 5200 mAh capacity charge it 7 times ?
The SAMSUNG SDI battery cell, embedded in New AnyCharge 4 is 3.7V, which requires self-power consumption to boost the output voltage to 5V. Also each mobile device has different efficiency. Thereupon, actual charging capacity of New AnyCharge4 is below 5200mAh.
  1. I was told that lithium battery products may be explosive. Which safety is in New AnyCharge4 ?
Protection circuit is installed to detect over-voltage, over-current, over-charging/discharging and short circuit. If the protection circuit works, CellCube switches off by itself. In this case, it deactivates itself even if pressing CHECK/START button. Also, through using the certified SAMSUNG SDI battery cell, we raised safety and reliability.
  1. New AnyCharge4 seems to deactivate itself due to short circuit. It doesn't respond although pressing button. How could I re-activate it?
If New AnyCharge4 is short-circuited or deactivated, please press reset button with a pointy object. Then "00" will be displayed and activated 4 seconds later. After reset button pressed, the displayed number could be incorrect. Therefore, it is recommended to fully recharge New AnyCharge4 again for precise number display.
  1. The included charging cable and gender don't work. What should I do? Also how is the warranty period?
Normally battery producers give 6 months warranty. However we provide 1 year warranty to give quality service to customers. But please be noticed that as the cable and gender is regarded as consumables, 3 months warranty is given for them.
  1. I am an iPhone user. I feel quite inconvenient to carry all the iPone data cable, New AnyCharge4 main cable and other genders.
You can connect iPhone data cable to New AnyCharger4 and charge iPhone. So, you don't need to carry main cable in addition. Most iPod series can be charged as above.
